The place is old but very clean. The grounds are nice. Loved the pool because nobody used it. It was warm and very clean. The rooms are outdated and need some work. Bed was very comfy! Great A/C. For the money I paid I am very happy with my stay. The location was great. I hardly saw any other guests. The staff during check in are very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

I stayed in a small cottage type room with a kitchenette. It was perfect and having the kitchenette was a nice break from take-out food. The place was very clean, quiet, and the staff extremely friendly. A real plus was the housekeeping staff came by daily to see if you needed anything. They even have a fenced pet potty area!

I am a traveling private chef and when I need somewhere to stay I always books here first while in wells, Maine. The rooms are comfortable, affordable and very friendly staff! The folks at Ne'r Beach have helped us survive when we needed help. The rates are affordable and the rooms are clean and just enough for us to survive. We have been living hotel to hotel while we try and find work in the area and the people here have been very supportive for our stay here. My wife and I are working professionals who recently moved to the area to try and find work so we can call Maine home. We highly recommend staying here for an affordable stay with a lot of amenities.
